General Information

Dugouts: Chicago White Sox - first-base line / Los Angeles Dodgers - third-base line

Animals: With the exception of legitimate service animals, no pets or animals of any kind are allowed into the stadium or practice areas.

Autographs: Players' autographs may be obtained before the game on the outfield side of both dugouts. Autograph seekers must return to their seats approximately thirty (30) minutes before gametime.

Banners: Banners will not be hung in fair territory or carried while the game is in progress due to sightline interference. With the approval of the Camelback Ranch – Glendale, Los Angeles Dodgers or Chicago White Sox, signs or banners, which are not commercial in nature, obscene, or cause a disturbance among other guests, may be displayed in an area other than the field of play.

Cameras and Video Cameras: Cameras and video cameras are permitted. Camera tripods are not permitted as they pose a trip hazard.

Cellular Telephones and Pagers: Cellular telephones and pagers are allowed in the stadium or practice areas provided their use does not interfere with other guest's enjoyment of the game.

Chairs/Lawn Umbrellas: Lawn chairs and lawn umbrellas are not permitted inside the stadium.

Children's Entry into the Park: Children 2 years old and under are not required to have a ticket. Any child who enters without a ticket must share a seat with the accompanying adult.

Concourse: Playing catch, running or rollerblading on the concourse is not permitted.

Containers/Coolers: Only soft sided coolers and containers smaller than 16x16x8 are permitted into the stadium.

Diaper Bags: Infant diaper bags are permitted with no size restriction. Bags are subject to search.

Dugouts: Guests are not allowed in or on the dugouts. Violations of this rule will be cause for automatic ejection from the ballpark.

Electronic Devices: Single-speaker radios and televisions as well as video cameras will be permitted only if they do not interfere with another guest's enjoyment of the game. Tripods are not permitted.

Field Access: Guests are not permitted on the field without the proper credentials. Violation of this policy will result in immediate ejection and/or arrest.

Foul Balls: Guests are welcome to keep foul balls hit into guest areas. Guests may reach over the railings and retrieve foul balls provided they do not physically enter the field of play.

Interference: Guests are not to interfere with a ball in play or interrupt a game in any form. Violations of this rule will result in automatic ejection from the ballpark.

Lost Children/Parents: A lost child or parent should be brought immediately to the Guest Relations booth located behind home plate.

Lost and Found: Lost and found items should be brought to the Guest Relations booth located behind home plate.

Paging: The paging system is for emergency announcements only and cannot be used for paging children or other guests.

Parking: Parking is free. Vehicles are parked at the owner's/driver's own risk. Without the approval of Camelback Ranch-Glendale, there is no overnight parking in the stadium or practice-field parking lots.

Permitted Items: The following is a list of items permitted into the stadium on gameday:

  • One (1) bottle of water per person, one (1) liter or smaller (opened or unopened)
  • Baby bag and stroller with baby (no size limit on bag)
  • Blanket or towel (no umbrellas)
  • Bag not to exceed 16"x16"x8" (no hard-sided bags)
  • Camera
  • Binoculars
  • Video camera
  • Hand held electronic devices (no noise-making devices)
  • Baseball and glove (no bats)
  • Promotional items, which were distributed upon entry at a prior game
  • Foam seat cushions (no metal stadium seats)
  • Food items in a small, clear plastic bag, one (1) gallon baggie size (no hard-sided coolers)

Profanity: Profanity will not be tolerated. Any guest using profanity will be asked to cease or leave the stadium. Violations of this rule may be cause for ejection.

Stadium Exit and Re-Entry: Exit and re-entry into the stadium is not permitted.

Scalping of Tickets: Resale of any ticket(s) on Camelback Ranch – Glendale property is illegal.

Smoking: The State of Arizona has passed a smoking ban in public places. Guests will not be permitted to smoke in the stadium. Guests must exit the stadium at the main gate or the center-field gate and smoke in the designated smoking areas. Guests violating this policy will receive a warning. A second violation will result in automatic ejection from the ballpark.

Standing: Guests are not permitted to stand in areas directly behind the disabled seating areas.

Strollers: Strollers will only be permitted in designated areas of the stadium. The grass berm areas can accommodate strollers. Strollers are not permitted in the seating areas. Unattended strollers are left at the owner's risk.

Tailgating: Tailgating in the stadium or practice-field parking lots is restricted to the guest's own parking space in front of or behind their vehicle.

Throwing Objects: Throwing any object onto the field will result in automatic ejection.

Visual Bag Inspection: Every package, bag or object brought into the stadium or practice areas is subject to a visual inspection. Guests refusing to participate in the visual bag inspection are to be denied access into the stadium.

Weapons: Firearms or other weapons are not allowed in the stadium or practice areas. Violations of this rule will result in automatic ejection and/or arrest by law enforcement.


Rainout Exchange/Refund Policy

In the event a regulation game (4 1/2 innings) is not played due to rainouts or other situations dictated by Major League Baseball, tickets may be either exchanged or refunded. Tickets may be exchanged at the stadium ticket office for any 2013 Spring Training game at Camelback Ranch-Glendale. Tickets may be exchanged as a 2-for-1 exchange to a future game in 2013, excluding premier games. Exchange is subject to availability and valid for the Spring Training 2013 season only. To receive a refund, tickets must be received by May 1, 2013. Tickets must be returned to the appropriate contact per the original method of purchase.


Specific Stadium Locations

ATM Bank Machine: There are two cash machines located in the ballpark -- one next to the home-plate gate and one next to the center-field gate.

Concession Stands: Located throughout the ballpark.

Elevator: Located behind home plate on the lower concourse.

First-Aid Room: Located behind home plate on the lower concourse.

Guest Relations Booth: Designated for guest information and problem/complaint resolution. Located behind home plate on the main concourse level.

Lost and Found: Guests asking for lost articles should be directed to Guest Relations behind home plate. All lost articles will be turned in to the Stadium Operations office.

Lost Children: All lost children or parents looking for children should be directed to Guest Relations behind home plate.

Novelty Stores: There are two novelty stores located within the ballpark -- one next to the home-plate gate and one next to the center-field gate.

Telephones: There are no pay telephones in the Stadium. There is a telephone at Guest Relations which guests may use in cases of emergency.

Washrooms: Located throughout the ballpark.

Will Call: Ticketmaster orders may be picked up with the confirmation number, photo ID and credit card at any ticket window. Team and player will call can be picked up with a photo ID at the Player Will Call Booth adjacent to the Home Plate Ticket Office.


Disabled Guest Information

Parking: Disabled parking and drop-off are available in the lot at the main entrances.

Seating: Wheelchair spaces are located throughout the facility. Companion seating is available for each disabled guest.

Concession Stands: All concession stands throughout the ballpark are accessible to the disabled.

Washrooms: All washrooms throughout the ballpark are accessible to the disabled.

Water Fountains: Water fountains are located throughout the ballpark and are also accessible to the disabled.

Ticket Windows: All ticket windows on the outside of ballpark are accessible to the disabled.

Accessible Ramp: To access accessible seating for sections 3, 4, 11, 15, 26 and 27, guest may use the accessible ramp located down the third-base line next to section 128.
